Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful & satisfying lives

As of February 2024 we are available for face-to-face appointments on Tuesdays & Fridays. For your convenience we now offer early morning and late afternoon/early evening sessions on these days.

If you would like a telehealth appointment we are also available throughout the week by prior arrangement.
